Valet parking

• Via Nelson Street will remain open as usual - click here for directions.
• Hotel guests must show their booking confirmation on entry to be granted access.

Self-parking

• Via Nelson St entrance only - click here for directions.
• The SkyCity carpark will close at 5pm to casual parkers.
• Hotel guests must show their booking confirmation on entry to be granted access to the car park. (Usual car parking rates and subject to availability.)

Road closures

• Federal Street will close to public between 7pm 31 December 2025 and 1am 1 January 2026.
• Road closures around the CBD will be in place from 10pm 31 December to 1am 1 January 2026. (Please check out website from the 5th of December for up-to-date information).

Please be aware that from midnight on 1 January 2026, exiting the SkyCity car park (both self-park and valet) may take longer than usual due to heavy traffic in the surrounding area. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
