Guests are invited to broaden their horizons from the moment they arrive in the Porte cochère and atrium lounge, right through to the check-out departure, with locally commissioned art and sculptures, and intricate materials used throughout the rooms and public areas to reflect the natural landscape.

Multiple entries to the hotel allow guests to transcend through the hotel, with pedestrian laneway and street-level access and connecting air bridges to the New Zealand International Convention Centre and SkyCity Entertainment precinct in the centre of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
